How Müsaitmi works

Book in three steps

1. Find: Choose a service and an area. See photos, services, staff, reviews and real available times.
2. Pick a time: Choose the service, the staff member (or "no preference") and a time that suits you.
3. Confirm: Sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email — no password. Confirmation and reminders arrive by SMS or email.

After you book

Open "My bookings" (website) to see, cancel or rebook. Each business sets its own free-cancellation period; if it has passed, contact the business directly.

Good to know

• It is free for customers. You pay the business, not the platform.
• If a booking needs the business's approval, you are notified of the result.
