Data Subject Requests

1. Quick route: do it yourself

• Download your data and delete your account: after signing in, the privacy section on the "My bookings" page; in the mobile app, the Account section.
• Name and language: update them in your account/profile screen.
• Opt out of marketing messages: the one-click unsubscribe link in every campaign message.

2. Written request

Send a request by email with the information below. To verify your identity we may ask for confirmation through the phone/email registered on your account.

• Email: [email protected] (subject: "KVKK Request")
• Full name; the phone number and/or email address registered on your account,
• The subject of your request (which right you wish to exercise) and, if relevant, the business name/booking date,
• How you would like to receive the answer (email/post).

4. Time limit and outcome

Your request is concluded within 30 days at the latest, free of charge depending on its nature; if it requires a separate cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested. If rejected, the reasons are communicated in writing.

For requests about the records of a business you booked with, that business is the controller; we pass your request on and follow up.

If you find the answer insufficient or get none in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board under KVKK Art. 14 within 30 days of learning the answer and in any case within 60 days of your application. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also contact your local data protection authority.
