1. What the Platform is and who is who

Müsaitmi is an online appointment platform where businesses such as hair salons, barbers, beauty centres and spas (each a "Business") meet customers. A "Customer" is a person who books through the Platform.

The Platform is an intermediary. The service itself is provided by the Business, and the service contract is between the Customer and the Business. The quality, price and timely delivery of the service are the Business’s responsibility.

No payment is taken through the Platform for appointments. Price and payment method are agreed directly with the Business.

2. Account and sign-in

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone number or email address. Provide accurate and current information.
• Do not share the code. You are responsible for activity caused by sharing it with others.
• If you are under 18 you may use the Platform only with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You can delete your account at any time (see the Account Deletion page).

3. Booking, changing and cancelling

• Depending on the Business’s settings, a booking is confirmed instantly or sent to the Business for approval; you are notified of the status.
• Notifications (confirmation, reminder, cancellation, change) may be delivered by SMS, email, app notification or — with your consent and where enabled — WhatsApp.
• Each Business sets a free-cancellation period. Closer to the appointment than that period you may not be able to cancel through the Platform; contact the Business directly.
• A Business may cancel or move an appointment (staff leave, closure, technical problems). You will be informed.

4. No-show policy

A Business may set a restriction threshold based on the number of appointments you miss without notice. If the threshold is exceeded within the set period, online booking with that Business may be temporarily restricted. If you believe a restriction is wrong, write to [email protected]; we will review it together with the Business.

5. Your obligations and prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• create false or unauthorised bookings or block time slots without a genuine intention to attend,
• send automated bulk requests (bots, scripts) or try to bypass rate limits or security measures,
• test the Platform’s security without permission, scan for vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorised access (to report a vulnerability, write to [email protected]),
• post unlawful, insulting, threatening, hateful or misleading content, or share others’ personal data without permission,
• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Reviews and content

Reviews are subject to the Reviews and Content Policy. By posting a review you give us a non-exclusive, free licence to publish it on the Platform. Content that is unlawful or violates the policy may be removed.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform’s software, design, trademarks and logos belong to or are licensed to Müsaitmi. They may not be copied, reproduced or reverse-engineered without written permission. Rights in photos and descriptions uploaded by a Business belong to that Business.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, faults, infrastructure or force majeure; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

Subject to mandatory law and to intent or gross negligence, the Platform is not liable for the service delivered by a Business, for disputes between you and a Business, or for indirect losses. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

9. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, the Data Protection Notice and the Cookie Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may temporarily restrict or close your account in case of breach, security risk or misuse. You may close your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will announce material changes on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept the change.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes you keep the right, under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits. For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
