Politika e cookie-ve
Ky dokument është i disponueshëm në turqisht dhe anglisht; po shfaqet versioni anglisht.
This policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on the Müsaitmi website.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. They run the site, keep you signed in and remember your preferences.
2. Which cookies we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Type / duration |
|---|---|---|
| rk_at | Authenticating a signed-in customer (short-lived access token) | Essential · HttpOnly, Secure · short-lived |
| rk_s | Renewing the session (refresh token); its lifetime extends on every use so you do not have to sign in again and again | Essential · HttpOnly, Secure · up to 1 year |
| rk_dt | Trusted device: recognising this device so you can sign in with your 6-digit password (on another device the password alone is not enough) | Essential/functional · HttpOnly, Secure · up to 400 days |
| Language preference cookie | Remembering your chosen language | Essential/functional · up to one year |
| Cloudflare technical cookies | Network security and separating automated traffic | Essential (security) · short-lived, managed by Cloudflare |
We do not use advertising, profiling or third-party analytics/tracking cookies.
3. Consent
The cookies above are strictly necessary to provide the service you request and to keep the site secure, so they do not require explicit consent. If we later begin using non-essential (analytics, marketing) cookies, we will first obtain your explicit consent and update this policy.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, functions such as signing in and booking may not work.
5. Mobile apps
Mobile apps use session tokens kept in the device’s secure storage instead of cookies; no advertising ID is collected and no tracking is performed.
