Customer reviews help other users find accurate information. This policy explains how reviews are published and which content may be removed.

1. Who can write a review?

A review is written through a personal review link sent by email/SMS to a customer whose booking has been completed, so reviews come from customers who actually received the service. One review is accepted per booking.

2. Review rules

  • Be honest and base your review on your own experience.
  • Do not write insulting, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, obscene or unlawful content.
  • Do not share others’ personal data (phone, address, ID, etc.).
  • Do not write advertising, links, fake/paid reviews or content aimed at disparaging competitors.

3. Moderation

Reviews may be examined by the business or Platform administration; content that breaches these rules or the law may be removed. Being negative is not in itself a reason for removal. Businesses may reply to reviews but cannot delete or edit them.

You can report content you believe is unlawful (contact below). As a hosting provider under Law No. 5651, the Platform removes unlawful content it becomes aware of within a reasonable time.

4. If your account is deleted

When you delete your account, the author information of your review is detached from your account; you can separately request full removal of the review.
